wanted parts Intel MotherBoard SE440BX-2, i/o rear case shield, power connector on/off

Hi, I need the i/o chassis independant shield (rear of case, covers
around USB, mouse, keyboard..connection..and the power connector
switch runs from chassis(case) to the motherboard...I have a compaq
deskpro 1000 series..doesn't matter..
seems like I'm missing a pin on the pc/pci pin three sets of two
pins..middle row, right side..is it needed..can it be soldered..for
sound cards..

The one missing from the PC/PCI connector, is pin-3. It's a key pin and
is intentionally missing.
