want to remove pictures during presentation once item identified

I AM DOING AN INTERACTIVE PRESENTATION WHERE ITEMS WILL BE ON THE SLIDE. ONCE
STUDENTS IDENTIFY THE ONCES TO BE REMOVED, I WANT TO CLICK ON THEM & THEY
DISAPPEAR. THIS WILL NOT AFFECT THE BACKGROUND OR ONES NOT CLICKED.
(Scenario: items not allowed to be worn by football players - jewellery etc.)
