Want to redirect to new port/ip based on source subnet

Hello, I have been trying to fugure out a windows routing configuration
using the mmc or other 3rd party software that would enable me to
forward (example):

packets to and from subnet 133.24.8.255 going to ip 192.168.0.2 port 25
on interface Localconn on my computer to ip 192.168.0.(2 or maybe 3)
port 26 on interface Localconn.

all packets from other subnets are not filtered (re-routed) to that IP
and continue to 192.168.0.2 port 25. Can I do this with this software,
or can you reccommend a software that can? THANKS

Basically this would enable two (for example) http port 80 servers
running locally, bound to two different local IPs, isolated and only
serving a specific subnet each.
thanks in advance for your guidance. email me your answers if possible.
Andrew

What are you trying to do? It sounds like setting up an email filter before
hitting your real email server. Is that it. The big picture helps sometimes.
