want to publish photos to Yahoo Photos within Windows

I want to upload photos to Yahoo photos. I can do this by going to the web
page through Internet Explorer. However, I seem to remember that I used to
have the option to publish to Yahoo from within the windows My Pictures
folder (under "publish this file to web" in the files and folders menu). Now
I can only find the option to upload the photos to MSN. Does anyone have a
solution for this?

Maybe the following steps will be useful:

Open a folder and in the left pane...choose...
My Network Places. Another way to access it
is...View / Go To / My Network Places.

Now, in your My Network Places folder...choose
(from the left pane) Add A Network Place. This
will open your...Add Network Place Wizard. If
you follow the prompts, hopefully you can add
the URL of the Yahoo server to the list.

On a related subject is there any advantage to using a Place in My Network
Places instead of a simple bookmark in IE when linking to an upload folder
for online storage?
