Want to preview but not print

I would like to be able to let someone see a report on screen (print preview)
but not be able to actually print it out.

Is there a way to do this? Rigth now we don't have a custom print script -
we're just clicking the printer Icon in the toolbar or doing a File->Print.
I've tried using the "OnPrint" events of the report sections, but those apply
to when the page is formatted, ie when you preview or print the report.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

TIA,

You can open the report in preview mode.
However, anything a user sees on screen they can print even if only using
the print screen key.
You could create a custom toolbar and omit the 'print' icon.

Thanks, Dorian

Removing the print icon from the toolbar won't help anything if they can
still go to file->print, though.

We're not really worried about Print Screen - the reports we're concerned
with on this problem are so long, it would take quite a while to screen
capture the entire report, then print it out or move all the screenshots to a
removable disk. Though I will mention that when I tell everyone how much work
will be involved in this.

Anyone else?]

Thanks!
