Suleman, we need to know a little more about how you want the slide show to
present:

Show a given tab/sheet for some amount of time?
or
what?

And why wouldn't PowerPoint work for you?

I have no idea how to setup a slide show in Excel, but the folks in the Excel
group can help.

Excel alone is not capable of making a slideshow.

You can link your workbook/worsksheet with PowerPoint or create pictures of
screen shots of your work and use those in a slideshow using your favorite
graphics application or Photo Story3 or Windows MovieMaker.

None of the above is too difficult but time-consuming for sure.

Sophie,
As Gord Dibbon said, Excel doesn't have any built-in way of creating a slide
show. When I replied to Suleman originally I was just planning on creating
some code that would bring different sheets into view for some specified
period of time. Since he did not respond, that never went any further.

Hi Sophie,

Excel supports slide shows but the problem is that Microsoft took the
feature out a few versions back so unless you are using Excel 97 (I believe)
you will need to consider powerpoint.

Cheers,
