want to install Japanese and chinese language to HP iPAQ100 for re

I have HP iPAQ100 pocket PC (window Mobile 6 Classic), I try to encore the
language to Japanese and chinese for reading the web and file but it has no
Japanese and chinese in it, just has only a few other country's language. so
I want to install Japanese and chinese language for leting me can reading
Japanese and chinese web and file. thanky for your help.
