I have Office 2007 installed on my XP desktop, and ABSOLUTELY HATE IT !!!
Mainly I use Word. The top section, where one can forat, set-up, save, etc.
is nothing but a bunch of useless ... to me ... GARBAGE ... and EXTREMELY
DIFFICULT TO USE. I previously had 2003, and before that others, and totally
regret using this monster.
The ONLY thing I like in the suite is Outlook 2007; for it's ability to
download several email messages from my web email addresses.
My question is ......
How do I keep my Outlook 2007 on the computer if I do the control panel
process of Add-Remove 2007? I do not see a way in the awful list that 2007
furnishes when one opens the Remove-Repair option to do this.
My goal, along with keeping the Outlook 2007 ability for the emails, is to
go back and install Office 2003 Word and other components ... in lieu of this
monster of 2007.
