Want default Outlook Express for clicking on email addresses

I currently use Outlook Express for my email. How do I get XP to use it
instead of Netscape's email whenever I click on an email address.

Tools > Options
Make Default button

Thanks. Doing the registry change didn't fix it. So I replaced the
Netscape with the email function with just the browser and it fixed the
problem.
