wake up device on call event

hello. i'm spanish so i hope can explain my problem efficiently.
in my device's control panel, in battery settings there is an option to let the device wake up on call events.. this option is called RIL driver.

can i change this value with vb code ? i have visual studio 2005 with symbol sdk 1.3 and compact framework 2.0
