wait till report loads

Hi all,
I have a macro with 4 OpenReport commands. Each of these reports opens in
PrintPreview. The reports are fairly slow to load because they each have
graphics and calculated values. What happens is the first report window
opens, then the second, third and fourth. This is as expected however the
reports haven't fully loaded and you can see the switchboard which activates
this macro through the report windows. It makes it look like there is
something weird going on. Is there a way within the macro to pause opening
the reports until the one before has fully loaded?
Using AccessXP
Thanks,
LGarcia

LGarcia,

I am not sure whether this would help, but worth a try. Instead of a
single macro off a single event to open all 4 reports, you could open
them sequentially, for example put the macro to open Report2 on the On
Activate event of Report1, and so on.

I'll give it a try! Thanks for the reply.
