W32Time

Rick

I use Atomic Clock to keep my PC in sync, but W32time on
the server updates all the PC's every 45 minutes with the
**WRONG** time.

Our IT guy's solution was "remove atomic clock."

Instead of sticking my head in the sand, is there a way
to prevent the time updates and still remain online??

Thanks!!

If the machine is in a domain it needs to be in time-sync
with the domain controllers, even if they are wrong.
Else, on a client you can use
net time /setsntp
to set the time servers used, and you can use cmdline app
w32tm
to execute a time-sync, tests, etc.
