W32.Welchia and Welchia B worms

I have been unfortunate enough to have been infected with
the W32.Welchia.worm and the W32.Welchia B.worm. I have
all of the patches in place etc. My Norton Anti-Virus
software says it cannot repair the affected application
files and that my best bet is to delete the affected
files and replace them with clean copies. My question is
this: Where do I go to get dllhost.exe and WksPatch
[1].exe? How do I replace the affected files? Do I just
copy them to the original locations?

If this is the wrong group for these questions, please
point me in the right direction?
