W2K SP4 TS Issue

After installing SP4 on W2K Server, Terminal Services
will now only work on the 1st NIC.

DSL uses NIC2 and now we cannot get a remote connection.

If RDP is set to use NIC #1, TS will connect on console
or network pc.

If RDP is set to use NIC #2 or all NIC's, no TS
connection is established.

No error messages are generated.

netstat -an shows that it is listening on NIC2 (external
ADSL NIC), but it will not connect.

Is it possibley an ISA server thing that has changed post
W2K SP4?
