w2k continously reboots

I am running w2k prof. I was installing sp4 and it hung
midway thru the install. I didn't select the uninstall
service pack option. Now my pc constantly reboots, i can't
even access my pc via safe mode. I have tried last known
good configuration,debugging mode to no avail. Can someone
please help. My email is listed above without the
anonymous part.

Since you did not save uninstall info for SP4 the only thing you can try
is a repair install. Boot from 2000 CD, choose setup and answer yes to
repair Windows.
