W2K and XP

Hey,

I think this is a simple question but it is bugging me :(

I have a W2K network with full AD, GP is being using over servers and
workstations, I want to administer this from my XPPro workstation but
am worried about what differences I may find in the .adms.

Can I just grab the adm's from the 2K server and load onto my XP
workstation and use this to write my policies?

I hope this makes sence, and many thanks in anticipation of assistance
:)

Hi David

There won't be a problem if the XP .ADM files are used in the policies.
Windows 2000 machines just ignore the settings that don't make sense to
them. Does this address your concern or is there another side to it?

Kind regards
