W2003 Fax service not working

I had fax service receiving and routing through email ok. I changed the
modem. It will receive the fax but will not route through email. I have
looked at several docs but have had no luck.

Any help is appreciated.

I don't think the problem is with the modem. You can change back to old
modem & see if it works to make sure what I say is in fact right. You can
look at the Event Log for any error or warning events - that can identify
the exact problem to some extent. And by the way did you happen to install
any software of latest?
