W2000 and NT profiles mixed up

Hi!

We use both W2000 and NT workstation in NT domain. We use
roaming profiles. Sometimes when user who uses W2000 ws
log in to NT ws and then go back to W2000 get his/her
profile mixed up. W2000 uses temporary profile?
Any ideas how to get profile working in this situation or
prevent this happen? Some fixes?
