Vuescan Scan to Printer prints small. What's up?

No matter what I do I can't get my Epson 2450 scanner to print the
exact size of the original. It always prints about 10% smaller. Is
anyone using the 2450 successfully in Scan to Printer mode? I'm using
a Canon i950 printer through an eMac with OSX 10.3.3. Vuescan version
is 8.0.1. Please help.

What size are you printing?
Sure you're not seeing unprintable paper area involved?
