VStudio2003 & VStudio2005 together

Just a simple question ; -)

If I install Visual Studio 2005 on a machine where Visual Studio 2003
is already working, may I expect that I can use both without problems ?
Do 1.1 & 2.0 frameworks work fine on the same machine ?
And what about projects built with VS2003 (I suppose they'll still work
using previous framework).

i use VS 6 , Vs.Net 2003 and VS.Net 2005 on one system for development
without anny problems
