VPN Setup

HELP!!

I am trying to setup a VPN solution.

Here is my scenario:
We have sales ppl who are outside our system all the
time. They will use whatever ISP is available to them to
connect to our system (hotel, internet, gas station,
home).

I have a LinkSys BEFVP41 (EtherFast Cable/DSL VPN Router
with 4-Port 10/100 Switch) setup with our external IP
address on it. It then allows internet access to be sent
down a switch to different computers on the network.

I am needing for the outside sales ppl to be able to
connect in and access a file server/domain controller.

I have configured IPSec on the laptop (I think I have all
the right IP address in it) and some tunnels created on
the VPN/Router. Do I need to do anything to the server so
that the sales ppl will be able to access it?

Yes, I configured IPSec on the WinXP laptop. I then
created a VPN connection and entered the WAN IP address
of my router. When I dial, I get an Error 800 stating it
could not connect to the server.

On the VPN Router, I have configured several tunnels to
be able to connec to.

Is there something on the server I need to configure?
