I have had my VPN setup before but i restored my PC and did not use
the VPN. Now i cannot make any connections to my PC. It does not reach
the router for some reason. The router logs show nothing. Its not
getting nothing. The firewall is set to accpting VPN PPTP and usually
logs it everytime that protocol is accepted. but nothing. I am using a
netgear DG834GT. Any ideas on the problem and a solution

Can you ping the router? If yes, can you telnet port 1723?
