VPN dropping connections

Have a Windows 2003 server running RRAS. Recently the remote users started
having problems with the VPN dropping the connection. When the VPN still
shows as connected (WinXP clients) but they are unable to ping the RRAS
server with it's internal IP. I turned logging on as high as I could but
could someone point me to which log to look in as there are multitudes now.
