VPN disconnect when replying in Outlook 2003

I have a client connecting through a VPN (SonicWall) using Outlook 2003 on an
XP client (to connect to an Exchange 2000) and everything functions well
except when she replies to an email, it disconnects the VPN connection and
she has to start all over again. She does not have problems retrieving or
sending new mail or accessing other parts of the network, just replying to
emails.

I have a few other clients using Outlook 2002 over the VPN and they have no
problems.

I am assuming it is a setup issue with the Office 2003 (perhaps with the
Business Contact Manager), but cannot find what is happening. Any thoughts?

Des the same happen when she tries it with a new mail profile without BCM?
Exchange + BCM is only supported when connected to a Small Business Server.

Tips of the month:
-What do the Outlook Icons Mean?
-Create an Office 2003 CD slipstreamed with Service Pack 1

Have not tried an new profile. BCM errored out and said it wouldn't work with
the setup so it was removing itself from the profile (no SBS). Could there be
some residual left? If so, how do I get it clean (preferrably w/o having to
reintall or repair Office)?

If there is already some residual left a new profile would clear it.
