vpn and sql 2005 replication

we use win2k3 r2 rras to enable vpn dial in. we primarily use the vpn for
the branch office to dial in and start sql 2005 replication. we have no
problem if only the branch office dials in the vpn. once more than one vpn
connections are there, the sql 2005 cannot see the computer on the other end
of the network and cannot replicate. we cannot afford not to allow other vpn
connection to the server. and we cannot also afford not to replicate. how
can i fix the 1 vpn connection problem?
