VPC2007 and video drivers

After installing VPC2007 under WinXPPro and installing Win98SE on the VPC, my
virtual BIOS won't even let me use the AGP card on my motherboard - leaves me
with a 4MB video memory... how can I install the Win98SE drivers for my video
card... from Add New Hardware, or the Win98SE install app for the vid card
don't work.....
