voting buttons

Are voting buttons only to work on inhouse mail? We hve outlook 2004 with
our won exchange server. Is there anyway to get them to work sending to a
user outside of here?

oops, type-o. we have outlook 2003. sorry about that. We also have our own
exchange server, not won? I need to pay closer attention.

Since voting buttons work only with Outlook, generally they're useful only in-house. They use rich-text content, which the Exchange server may be blocking from reaching the Internet.
