Voting Button

Hi, Sue Mosher- I received your book on Outlook. I'm
working through 1 of your examples. On page 434, it says
you will see the voting actions show up on the "Actions"
tab. I've done everything you indicate up to Figure 20.7
but I don't see the actions added. Please tell me what I'm
doing wrong. It seems so easy clicking the "Options" and
setting the voting items....Thanks in advance.

Voting buttons and other custom action buttons appear only on sent/received
messages or on other items after you save and reopen them. What kind of item
is it? And have you sent/saved and reopened it?
