Volume label

Folowing a command prompt lead I was asked for "enter current volume label"
This is for D: drive. How do I find itplease

Use the VOL command:

vol d:

The first line will give you the volume label.

John

 

[Kelly]

Enter the command "vol c:" to find the volume label for the C: partition.
