VNC 4.3.1 Enterprise - File transfer?

I tried using the viewer on OSC accessing a Windows machine; but the
file transfer won't work. I then tried it from an XP machine to an
other XP machine.
On the XP machine I hit the transfer files to server button, select a
file and then - nothing. There's no indication the file is transferring.

What does the support (forums, emails, phone contacts, etc) for the product
you are attempting to utilize say about this problem you are having with
their product?

Why not use the built in Remote Desktop?

Need a little more flexibility?
TeamViewer?
UltraVNC?

A few reasons. I require encryption and so far the enterprise edition
of VNC is the only one with built in encryption.
Remote desktop doesn't allow screen scaling.

Also, I will be accessing this from machines all over Creation so I will
need the Java feature as I may or may not have access to the RDP client.
I will also be encountering multiple platforms, from SGI, to Solaris,
to BSD to every flavor of Linux. I also must have the ability to change
what port it uses. I know of one instance where I will have to put it
on port 80.
RDP is great and I like it alot but I need more flexibility.

Teamviewer? Not a chance. I can't involve a third party.

I just installed it after an eight year hiatus and it changed alot...
So I guess I'll hit the VNC forums.
