I am pretty new to Vmware, but have been playing about with it as its an easy way to learn Linux. But recently when I am trying to install a new distro, for instance tonight I am doing Ubuntu Satanic, just to have a look. My machine comes almost to a stanstill.
I don't know what is going on. My Windows 7 machine is more than upto the spec to be able to do this. I have run various things. e.g Superanti, trendmicro, avast and they show nothing. Slightly confused. Maybe I should stick to oil and hoses..........
