Visual Studio 2008 released

Recognize that VS 2008 ships with beta version of SP1 for the 2.0, 3.0 and
3.5 frameworks.

I do not think the SP is a beta. It is the same SPs that were released on
the 16th.

FYI .NET 2.0 SP1 does not install on Vista.
