Hi,

When I try to sync my clock with an Internet time server, it will not sync
plus it gives this error message: "An error occurred while Windows was
synchronizing with an Internet time server."

How do I fix this so that it will sync?

Try a different NTP server:

Right click system tray clock > Adjust date/time > Internet clock tab >
Change settings.

Search the web for ntp servers, you'll probably find some near you that can
provide a more reliable sync than Window's heavily trafficed default
servers.

Also, make sure the NTP port (123) isn't blocked by your firewall.
