Vista will not allow add-on install ???

Our Kids High School has a web site where you can take a virtual tour of the
new additions, when going the page it wants to install an add on for the
virtual tour but Vista will not let it install saying "Windows has blocked
this software because it can't verify the publisher".. Seeing I AM the
Adminastrator isn't there a way I can over ride this and force this
install????

This sounds more like security coming from Internet Explorer (or perhaps
another third-party security program you have installed that prevents
drive-by installs to IE7) because you need some sort of plugin to run
the virtual tour. What is the add-on that is required? Quicktime? Flash?
