Vista Ultimate Language

I installed Vista Ultimate Hebrew. I am trying to install the English Languae
pack. I tried installing it both from a CD that came woth the software and by
downloading.

In both cases the intallation completes and i get an option to choose
English as the new interface, but when i restart the computer it returns to
hebrew.

Try changing the setting manually. Do the following:

1. Start Menu -> Control Panel
2. Regional and Language Options -> Keyboards and Languages Tab
3. Under "Display Language", change your selection to English and click Okay.
