Hello. I've got a work e-mail address through hyperstreet.com. I've been
able to set up my MS Outlook (on my desktop) to access this account with no
problems. However, I mainly use a laptop (running MS Vista) to access this
account and this is where I'm encountering trouble. I've worked with the
folks at Hyperstreet to make sure I've got the right incoming/outgoing mail
server info. correct (they've even replicated my account on a Vista system to
ensure the accuracy of everything...but I still can't connect.
Here is the error message that I receive:
Account: 'Name of My Account', Server: 'mail.accountname.com', Protocol:
POP3, Server Response: '.', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number:
0x800CCC18
Can anyone help me solve this riddle? I'd sincerely appreciate any
assistance.
