Vista RTM for Express Upgrade Users?

I just purchased a new IBM/Lenovo Thinkpad and get the free express upgrade.
Is there any way that I can get a copy of the RTM and also the proper key
since the Business Edition (which is the upgrade of XP Pro) was released to
manufacturers on Nov 30th? In this sense, I already own a copy of the
license.

No, you cannot. How and when you get your Express Upgrade is between you
and Lenovo, not IBM.

I believe what was released on Nov 30 were volume license copies.
