I've installed Windows Vista RC1, installed Office 2007 beta2, installed the
refresh update as told in the customer preview site, but now none of the
office programs would run, it gives me this message "There is not enough
memory or disk space to run ...", I ran the diagnostic tool, it gave me no
problems in memory!! That didn't happen in the previous version "beta2" nor
in XP!! Do I need to upgrade my memroy?? Plzz help!!

How much memory is in your system currently? Try downloading Process
Explorer from http://www.sysinternals.com and then running that and open the
System Information window and look at how much free memory you have as Task
Manager incorrectly reports the amount of free memory available.

Sounds like a Corrupt Download to me, Microsoft Office 2007 Beta 2-TR is
working just fine here, Just FYI.

Guys!! Um sorry, but you're not helping!! 1st of all, the install file is
just fine, cuz I've installed it on my laptop, and on my PC when i had
windows XP and Vista beta 2, but when I installed the RC!, I directly
installed the refresh update, cud it be wht's causing the problem, or is RC1
takin more memory than beta2, and tht's wht's causing the problem??? I've
tried to uninstall the refresh update file, uninstall the whole office
package and reinstalling it!! I've also tried to repair it!! Um really out of
ideas!!

P.S.: my PC: MB MSI 915GM2, CPU Intel 3.2Ghz HT, RAM 256 DDR *2, GPU MSI
Geforce 6600LE 256MB PCI-Express..

If you only have 256 megs of ram, that will definetly be the issue. The
minimum requirements for Vista are 512 megs of ram. So, the memory will
definetly cause the issues.

Dude, I have 512 (256*256).. I got it to work, the problem was in the refresh
update, c I uninstalled the office package and the refresh update,
reinstalled the package without the update and it worked!! I installed the
update, and it gave me the same msg again "There's not enough memory.." I
thought office would only work on Vista RC1 if I install the update!? Cud the
file be corupted or wht??

I wonder why do you need the refresh update... I have the regular
o2007 beta and worked like a charm on 5600 since the first day.
boh...
