Vista on another PC

Bought a Sony laptop with XP on, got the upgrade with 2 disks with it for
Applications and Drivers disk, i have upgraded to Vista Business on the
laptop, i have a desktop with Xp Pro on it, going to buy an activation key,
want to install Vista on it, can i install the Vista with the Business Xpress
upgrade disk, do i have to put the 2 other disk in only they are for Sony ?
can some one please tell me what to do

The upgrade discs you got from Sony are only for use with your Sony laptop,
they cannot be used to install Vista on any other system.
