vista, media player and parental controls

hi,
i'm using vista parental controls on an account and restricting to certain
websites, however if media player is required to stream media on those sites
it wont allow it to open, saying that it cant run when web restrictions is
on, is there a way to make media player work with the parental controls or
will i have to buy something from a third party?

This is the same question that I have. I need to know how to turn on Media
Player in parental controls.
