Vista installing google earth

Have windows vista and installed google earth with administrator user
account, how can i access it with standard user account.

Ask the makers of Google Earth for a Vista-compatibile version. Had it
been properly designed and coded for use on Vista, you wouldn't be
having a problem like this.

I have vista premium and tried to install google earth on my laptop. I am
the only user and thus have admin account/rights, but it won't let me fully
install it.

What gives. Is google earth not compatible with Vista?
