Vista Home Premium Upgrade from XP Media

If I upgrade to Vista Home Premium from XP Media, am I able to re-use the XP
media license and install the XP Media onto another system at home?

No. The Upgrade version of Vista ties itself to your XP license (legally,
anyway)
That's why the Upgrade version is cheaper.
