Vista files backup to FAT32 disk??

I have Vista Ultimate on my laptop and an external backup disk with
FAT32 filesystem. My wife also uses the external disk with her Mac,
therefore I decided to leave the external HD in FAT32 format. Is there
any other backup tool that can backup files on Vista to a FAT32 filesystem?
