Vista Explorer Original Menus

I've had Vista Ultimate for a few months now and since first noticing the
'original menus' were gone I was extatic, I always hated them, but now every
time I miss the Tab button when Alt-Tabbing I get them back (yes I know
briefly, but still they are annoying and they don't belong in Windows anyway)!

My question is, is there a way of removing this Alt "trigger" maybe changing
the key that triggers them to show?.

I have noticed a way of removing the File Menu from the menu bar but no
others, all I would like to do is remove the menu bar, or atleast bury it so
deep it will never bother me again...

Is this possible ?

Thanks in advance

These sounds superficial and its just the default behaviour, the Operating
System is meant to accomplish your task, not know your feelings.

I understand that Windows doesnt accomodate everyones preferences, but can
this "default behavior" be altered so it doesnt show, a yes (with info or
link) or no would suffice..
