Vista Crashes after router reboot

Hello,
A month ago I set up Vista Business. Works quite good, but there is an issue
that I really can't get rid of.
I am connected to the internet with a wireless router. Everything works
fine, but when (every couple of days) I login into the router administration
page (with IE or FF) and call its reboot function, vista freezes, the mouse
isn't responsive any more, I can't recall the task manager, so the only
option that I have is to manually reboot the system pressing the reboot
button.
What should happen is this: I launch IE, go to the router admin. panel,
login, go to the toolbox page, call the reboot function, then the connection
with the router gets down. After a short while windows should discover my
network again and automatically reconnect to it. This worked fine just like
I wrote, with my Win XPSP2 installation until a month ago, when I moved to
Vista.

Now, I tried setting network discovery on and off, I tried to configure the
network access in different ways (getting a fixed Ip number and getting a
dynamic Ip number assigned by the router's DHCP), I tried to launch the
router's reboot function and then immediately manually disconnect from the
network, but I keep getting the same problem, Vista crashes.
Notice that this is the only network problem I have, and funny thing, if I
reboot my router by manually pressing its power switch, the system doesn't
hang up.

So... Vista Business original + Levelone Broadband router, any suggestion?

Thank you very much,
Fabrizio

I wish I could help, I hope you've found an answer. I have the same problems
with a DI-624 and 2 different wireless cards.
