vista calendar and outlook

hi all

I was wondering if there was a way of syncing outlooks calendar with vista
calendar ? I keep work and home seperate when at home I use vista's calendar
for home stuff and outlook for work - I would like to be able to use both
and see both in outlook and in vista if possible.
