Vista Bug Effecting Explorer 7.0

Hello,

I am not sure where to go to report a bug; so, if this is the wrong
forum, please let me know where I should go.

The nature of the bug I discovered deals with Internet Explorer 7.0
running under Vista. On my regular XP machines, this bug is not
present when using IE 7.0.

Basically, when I right click on a hyperlink in IE 7.0 running vista,
the context menu opens, but I can't click any of the menu items - in
particular "open in new tab".

It works as it should on this Vista Ultimate RTM system. Just because
something isn't working as it should in one installation doesn't make it a
bug.

Works fine here. I'm just stating this so you'll know that it may not be a
bug. It may be something wrong with only your system.

Then on the other hand it may be a bug! I have reported here about
how IE7 operates in Home Premium on a laptop. You open the browser or
go to a website using the favorites and the browser opens along with 2
tabs for a website you know nothing about and when the close all the
tabs and the browser there is another copy of the IE.

I have tried all the anti-virus programs and anti-spam program and
still have the problem. Right now the 90 day trial for Windows One
Care is installed and working. After a complete scan we still have
the
same problem.

One thing I can say for sure, we did not have this problem using IE7
on Windows XP Home. Until this is fixed the Firefox browser is being
used instead and it works as it should.
