VISTA 64 does not see my external disk for backup

Vista 64 keeps on looking and never finds the external disk which I can see
clearly see under Computer.
It is a WD and I can see backups I made with Acronis earlier.

What does Disk Management (diskmgmt.msc) say about that HDD?
