Vist Mail "Steals" from my AT&T Inbox

When email comes into my AT&T inbox it is almost immediately moved to my
Vista Mail inbox leaving my AT&T inbox empty. How can I prevent this?

The option to leave a copy of message on server is disabled. See this link
