visible entries Outlook 2007

i usually have multiple entries each day but can see only two at a time.
especially on my Blackberry i miss the arrow which shows i have more
appointments. how can i show more entries and is there any way not to show
free time

what view are you using and how does outlook's views control what you see on
the BB?

the Blackberry sycronizes with outlook and shows me all the times when i have
nothing booked which means i usually have to roll the track ball to see the
complete day. if the free times were not shown then probably all meetings
would show on the screen...risk is missing something that is not on the
screen and double booking. on my desktop i use the standard monthly view but
again, usuall only two entries show up.

Diane was right this is a Blackberry issue not outlook. Depending on what
model Blackberry you are using. In your Blackberry open the calendar, choose
options and change initial view to agenda. That should eliminate your free
time and just show your appointments.

along with changing your BB settings to show more, you'll need to use a day
view in outlook - the month view is not going to show you everything.

I usually have more than 5 entries each day and I can only see 4
entries on my screen. Is there anyway that I increase the number of
entries that I can see each day? I am liking the old outlook better
than the new 2007 version. I could see more in the old version.

fantastic, i am using the new BB 8830 world edition, track ball is amazing
improvement after setting view as recommended i will no longer screw up
appointments. thanks so much.

what view are you using? is outlook maximized on the screen?

I have Outlook maximized, want to use the month view, but only ONE
appointment is showing. I want as much of what I have scheduled for any
given day to show up on the MONTH view...not just the first appointment of
the day. I have also selected HIGH, which I thought was supposed to give me
everything.

I can't find anywhere to change the settings to more than one appointment
showing on the MONTH view.

Help?
